Consultancy & Research Center
Through forward-looking research and state-of-the-art seminars and workshops, IFE encourages socially responsible business practices and business ethics and also believes in corporate governance and reasonable financial management. It also supports research and other activities associated with the relationship between corporate, economic and social development by acting as a central contact point for individuals and companies through its Consultancy and Research Center – a main consulting service provider.
Since October 1997, the Consultancy and Research Center, as part of the part of the Office of Academic Research and Doctoral Affairs, has been a mediator for consultancy services and research carried out by faculty members of all departments. It is furthermore responsible for the organization, marketing and administration of is services.
The mission of the Consultancy and Research Center is to give support to Mongolian business people in order to create and manage profitable businesses that will serve the needs of their families and society.
Our team consists of well educated young and senior professors. They have a strong educational and practical background in research, training and consulting.

Our Services
The Consultancy and Research Center is aiming to increase employment, especially in rural areas, by providing research, training and consulting to the private business sector. By developing individual business models, we want to help to overcome difficulties.
Consultant and Training:
We offer consulting and staff support services to establish new businesses and services, to enhance business models and deliver value-added services. Providing all information to small and medium business entrepreneurships proactively.
Sustainable Development:
We want to raise awareness and promote closer cooperation and integration among regional national, and global activities for sustainable development.
The main activities of the Consultancy and Research Center focus on, but are not limited to
- Speciallized education for different BDC/ BIC/ SMEDC/
- Functional education for managers and employees at various levels
- Particular SME training depending on development stage (new SMEs, SMEs on introductory level, developing SMEs, mature SMEs)
- Evaluation of development process based on objectives
