There have always been many clubs at IFE organizing various activities. According to the constitution of the Student Union at IFE, clubs activities are under the administration of the Vice Chairman.

During the annual Spring Festival, the IFE dancing group Ulaan Sarnai (Red Rose) has achieved great results:
Throughout nearly 30 years of the festival's existence, Ulaan Sarnai has been achieving great results winning nearly 20 prizes. Today, they serve as a cultural ambassador to the Institute of Finance and Economics.
